Platinum Software Update

Media 100 is pleased to present Media 100 Version 13 to Platinum Software Update customers.

If you have purchased a Platinum Software Updates Contract for your Media 100 Suite, Media 100 HDx or AJA OEM hardware version and your contract was valid on October 14, 2008 or after this day, you are entitled to receive this software. If your Platinum Software Update Contract expired on or before October 14, 2008, you will need to purchase a new contract. If you would like to purchase a new contract, please contact Media 100 Sales at 1-800-922-3220 in the US and Canada. International customers should contact their local Media 100 reseller.

Media 100 Producer customers may upgrade their system by purchasing an upgrade for $295 USD. Please contact Media 100 Sales at 1-800-922-3220 in the US and Canada or visit the Boris FX Online Store. International customers should contact their local Media 100 reseller.

The Media 100 Platinum Software Update service is no longer distributed via CD or DVD; the only way to obtain Media 100 Version 13 is through a download. We have recently upgraded our download servers and you can expect fast download times. In order to process your Media 100 Version 13 upgrade, we will need you to submit the following information (see below). When your information is complete and verified, we will e-mail an unlock code.

It is important that you provide your most up-to-date contact information so we can process all orders efficiently. Your most current e-mail address and phone number and Unique Product ID are most important. We will process all orders submitted on weekends or holidays within 72 hours of the next business day. Please remember that Media 100 is now available as a fully-functioning Trial Version. This means you can use Media 100 in trial mode without your unlock code for 15 days from the original install.

Instructions for Installing Media 100 Version 13

(Please note: Media 100 Version 13 only can be installed on Mac OS 10.5 Leopard.)

1.) Read the above text about obtaining your Software Update
2.) Download Media 100 13 by clicking here: Download Media 100 13
3.) Fill in the appropriate download information (This information is needed to e-mail you a trial code). Your e-mail will contain a trial code.
4.) Install Media 100 Version 13. You will see a trial code screen. Enter your trial code. You can now use the Media 100 software for 15 days. Restart your computer.
5.) Launch the Media 100 13 Application.
6.) You will see the Media 100 Registration window.
7.) Note or copy the Unique product ID (UPID), this code begins with "MMED" or "MPRO"
8.) Return to this page and enter this Unique product ID (UPID) in the field below. At this time fill in all the information so we can verify your platinum contract.

When your information is received we will process your Platinum Support Unlock code request.
