Media 100 Technical Support Options

Media 100 offers 30 days of free e-mail support for new software and software upgrade purchases. You must first register your purchase. After you register your purchase, you may contact us via the Media 100 Support Form.

If you require assistance after 30 days, Media 100 offers the following support programs for customers located in the United States and Canada:

  • Pay Per Day ($195) - Have one of our experienced technical support staff troubleshoot and diagnose your support issue. The $195 fee can be applied to any Media 100 support agreement within 30 days of your initial call.
  • Media 100 Technical Support 8 x 8 ($595) - Provides access for one year to the Media 100 Technical Support Team, Monday through Friday, from 8am until 8pm Eastern Time. Customers receive one-on-one support via a toll-free number as well as e-mail. Voice messages are responded to within one hour.
  • Media 100 7 x 24 Hour Technical Support Plan ($795) - Provides maximum access to the Media 100 Technical Support Team for one year. Customers receive one-on-one support via a toll-free number as well as e-mail - 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Voice messages are responded to within one hour.

We also provide many support packages that include hardware exchange, software update and extended warrenty. Support plans may be purchased by calling at 1-800-922-3220.
